I like the reuse of a grocery store into a warehouse. So often, retail spaces of this size just sit empty and vacant when a store closes.
I'd agree, growing up I saw plenty of empty warehouses in my hometown where companies used to be.
It's made me really dislike empty buildings and be fine with pretty much anyone moving in no matter what industry they're in.
