Any hunting is cruel and ignorant...Just grow crops and stop destroying the beautiful living creatures. Hunting is for small minded and (tiny penis ,) people.
I eat meat, don't hunt but am friends with lots of hunters. Personally think hunted meat comes from an animal that lived a happier life than the ones I usually eat. Also think hunters tend to be the biggest conservationists - and not in a way that, say, allows sprawl and then limits further housing because of a cougar habitat. They want the wilds to be be wild, not habited. Basically, I'm pro gun control and also pro hunting, specifically because of hunters.
That is full of baloney! Hunter are NOT Conservationists! They pollute; get drunk and drive vehicles that pollute. They often shoot and maim and kill innocent people; and animals are left orphaned and starving to death. Hunters want to go on private land and pollute with lead and other foul substances. They litter and destroy growing plant-life. Farming practices would feed the entire world; if they land that is used for animal breeding and life-stock feeding would be turned into farmland. Hunted meat is often contaminated with parasites and torn-up and cannot be salvaged.

Why is that? I'm not a vegetarian or a hunter but if you hunt to eat I respect it (not trophy hunting, I think that's gross).
