Bollywood Bistro in Great Falls used to have the best Indian buffet anywhere, but they stopped during the coronavirus and never restarted it. So I guess Jodhpur might be a good contender to scratch that itch!
This is sounds a lot like “family style” at Disney World, which they use for a variety of cuisines at several of their restaurants! They bring you a platter of everything to start and you can get refills of anything you want. It would be cool if this were more widespread, especially for cuisines people may be less familiar with and not sure what to order. I love not having to choose, and getting a variety of dishes.

Yum. I have not even looked at a buffet since the pandemic. Lost 15-20 pounds. Don't miss it. But I do enjoy your articles about them.
