A new way to sell a ubiquitous product?

Take a look at this:

I read about this in the Trader Joe’s flyer before I saw it in the store, and as soon as I read about it I thought it was very interesting. It’s a bone-in half turkey, so basically a butterflied turkey with only one side. It’s marinated—very nicely, it looks like—and ready to cook.
